What are minibeasts?
Minibeasts are little creatures such as snails, insect and spiders. Scientifically, they are called ‘invertebrates which means that they are creatures without backbones. Because they are without a backbone, minibeasts have other structures to protect them in nature. For example, snails have shells and other minibeasts have a hard outside casing called ‘exoskeleton.’
